Day 8: Thangnak : acclimatization and alpine practice |
| Day 8: Toilet tent in deep shit... erm, snow. The snow had been falling non-stop and we got to spend a day at Thangnak. Shown here is our toilet tent among the rocks covered in deep snow. |

| Day 8: White Thangnak (4270m) Our tents and the tea houses covered in deep snow. It was originally our planned acclimatisztion day anyway, so we spent the day in the dinning tent practicing rope works. |

| Day 8: Meng Hui the snowman... It was a boring day and Meng Hui and Germaine started to build a snowman, which attracted the Nepali kids curiosities. |
