Day 26: Camp-Kongma La (5535m)-Lobuche (4940m) |

| Day 26: Up the ridge Looking back after moving up the ridge above the campsite. From here Kantega (6685m) is visible, and it is the 2nd peak from the right beyond the black ridge. Since our porters had left, Mice and Pemba were converted from kitchen crews to work as porters. |

| Day 26: View from Kongma La We left at about 8:30am and was on top of Kongma La 1 hour later. The view was beautiful from here, and we can see Makalu, Island Peak and Chhukung Ri at a distance (left of the picture). The tiny yellow dots are the tents at the upper campsite. |
